I finally got sued by Nintendo because of Matthew's original graphic
But wait, Nintendo can't sue Sploder members because of the character! There's lots of games that use copyrighted characters on Sploder and those people don't get sued!
According to an official report, 70% of Sploder members who use copyrighted characters in their games get sued. Head3000 has never gotten sued because May the Poostudios Killer is May's clone and MtPK isn't Nintendo/ Game Freak's character.
Matthew isn't a Gamefreak/Nintendo character either.
But he IS a stupid knock-off. They are both heroes that save the universe from some evil force. May and MtPK are different. May is a Pokémon trainer and MtPK is an assassin sent out to kill stuff I hate.
Yet they look identical so Game Freak will sue you.
Matthew looks identical to Ness except in coloration so....
MtPK looks more identical to May than Matthew looks identical to Ness.
